Influential Women in Law

Membership Criteria & Self-Nomination Guide

Influence isn't defined by a single title or a specific number of years in practice.

Welcome to Influential Women in Law. We believe that every woman making her mark in the legal profession — whether in the courtroom, the boardroom, academia, public service, or corporate counsel — deserves recognition and community.

Our mission is to uplift, connect, and amplify the voices of women shaping the future of law. Because influence isn't defined by a single title or a specific number of years in practice, our criteria are designed to be both prestigious and universally inclusive.

Why Self-Nominate?

Waiting to be recognized can slow down your momentum. Taking your seat at the table starts with claiming it yourself. We strongly encourage self-nominations — you know your impact, dedication, and leadership better than anyone else.
